The Market Pitch table size for this event is 180cm x 60cm - 50% larger than our previous event's table size. If you book a Double Market Pitch, you will get two tables.
For Single Pitch, the price includes a table L180cm x W60cm x H70cm or similar. If you need more space for your products, choose Double Pitch (£100 saving), the price includes two L180cm x W60cm x H70cm tables or similar. You can sell as many products as you could fit beautifully on your table during the event. You are responsible for display props, setup, takedown, and sales of your own products during the event. If you are selling fashion items, instead of using our table you can bring your own clothes rail for display (the rail must fit into the space e.g. 1 x 180cm long rail for single pitch, 2 x 180 cm long rail for double pitch).
* Please note that each pitch can contain either a table or a cloth rail. If you intend to use a cloth rail, you will need to bring your own, and no table will be allowed in the space.
Complimentary Virtual Market spaces for 30 items are included in Single Pitch booking, 60 items are included in Double Pitch booking, the products will be listed on TheAccessoryCircle.com or TheHatCircle.com (if your products are hats and fashion) until 31st December 2022. You will be notified when an item is sold and provided with the customer details for shipping.

Booking the 2 options (Single Pitch + Full Package Feature) together you will only pay £500+VAT (£50 saving), and enjoy full coverage including a store feature, an interview, an advert in our print and digital magazine, and logo on the backdrop at this prestigious event while enjoying it and being with new potential clients.
Double Market Pitch + Feature Package
Booking the 2 options (Double Pitch + Full Package Feature) together you will only pay £675+VAT (£50 saving), and enjoy a lot of space for your products, and full coverage including a store feature, an interview, an advert in our print and digital magazine, and logo on the backdrop at this prestigious event while enjoying it and being with new potential clients.
If you would like to sell with us at our fashion events all year round, you can subscribe to X Terrace VIP Seller membership for £4.99 per month, and enjoy priority booking (our events are usually fully booked not long after the booking is open) and 10% discount. You could use this in conjunction with the 10% Earlybird discount, to enjoy a 19% discount on your Market Pitch and package booking.
Food and beverage sellers, please note that only packaged food and beverages can be sold at the market. On-site food and beverages are not permitted. At the venue, no cooking or preparation of any kind is permitted. Allergens must be clearly labelled on your stall. You must have the required licences and meet trade standards. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted to be sold to anyone under age of 18. It is the seller's responsibility to check ID.
