Acceptable product types include handbag, shoes, eyewear, beauty, skincare, fashion, hat, jewellery, art, watch, scarf, gloves, fragrance, and homeware brands. The beautiful vintage-styled pop-up shop is on the main route to the market, Commercial Street, Brick Lane from Liverpool Street station, and London Fruit & Wool Exchange, which is set to become a new shopping destination. During the week, lunchtimes and evenings are the busiest times – customers flock here for lunch and a browse around the high-end shops. Thursday to Sunday sees Spitalfields Market in full swing and visitor numbers reach their peak as tourists and Londoners flock to the area.
Ever since Spitalfields Market was upgraded in the early 2000s, neighbouring Brushfield Street has evolved into a high street and a popular shopping destination in central London. This vintage-style shop has been home to a bootmaker, bookbinder, milliner, and delicatessen with one of the more distinctive facades on the street. The beautiful original hand-painted sign that says French Milliner is still on the facade!
